The fine print, minus the fine print
Privacy
The short version: we collect almost nothing, we publish nothing that identifies you, and we never sell the list.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the list. That’s the core of it.
- Prices and job details you choose to share for the Price Book (what the job was, roughly what it cost, roughly when).
- Basic email analytics (opens/clicks) via MailerLite, our email provider, so we can tell what’s useful and what isn’t.
What we publish
Price Book entries are published anonymized: job type, house era, general area, and price. Never your name, never your address, never anything a neighbor could use to work out which house is yours. “Single-story near the golf course, comp shingle roof, 2026” is as specific as it gets.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade the email list. To anyone. Ever.
- Give vendors the list. Vendors get introductions to individual neighbors who asked for one — nothing more.
- Publish anything you shared with us without anonymizing it first.
Vendors and referrals
When you ask for a vendor introduction, we pass along your name, contact info, and what you need done — that’s what an introduction is. Vendors are contractually barred from reusing your contact info for marketing.
Your controls
Unsubscribe any time (one click, bottom of every email). Want your data deleted entirely — including any Price Book contributions? Email howdy@onioncreekatx.com and it’s done within a week.
Services we rely on
